I don’t think they had this last year so it had to have been from the year before but this was one of the first things I ever tried from them and I’ve been here ever since. To me this smells like peanut cookies rolled in sugar. It has a texture to the scent almost like raw cookie dough…. With peanuts and creamy vanilla and sugar. I can’t really put my finger on but it is simply amazing. Not your standard cookie fragrance at ALL! There’s depth and a gourmand aspect that gives it such elevation. It also has a very…. Kid like nostalgia to it. What I would imagine my home smelled like as a child when I was watching Halloweentown in my living room on a Friday evening before Halloween.
this is one of the first candles I purchased from CS mainly being halloweentown is my favorite disney halloween movie & I am also a sucker for gourmand and it is truly amazing! you get the warm baked cookies along with a creamy vanilla base. this is one of my favorite candles from them! think bakery on main but with cinnamon & soft pumpkin.
I was worried the oat scent would overtake this but, holy cow! This is the perfect blend! It’s not overly light, but not overly sweet either. You would like this if you do or don’t love gourmand. The apple lightens it up, while the creamy vanilla oat and musk smells round it out to make it perfection!
This one I was so worried about due to the molasses and maple leaf, but let me tell you it is stunning. Sweet rich pumpkin spice puree, subtle earthy maple and that smoked cedarwood base creat a delectable and upscale fall vibe. Had to get in a 4 wick as well. Highly recommend 🎃🍂
I love the earthiness of this scent and subtle cider notes. I can see this transitioning into holidays as well. Very nostalgic and I nice change from pumpkin and spice. I am an ambassador so take this with a grain of salt- around a 6-7/10 scent throw in my large open concept. Not all scents are needed to be STRONG and I love this one enough to get in 4 wick as well.
