Caramel Sunday’s Policies - Ship Times, Cancellations, Turn around times + Damages

Here at Caramel Sundays, we want you to enjoy our all natural soy candles in confidence! We use only the best, high quality ingredients including 100% cotton core wicks! You can find more info on our ingredients on our CANDLE FAQ page!
RETURNS
If you purchased a candle and after receiving it, realized that the scent just is NOT your favorite, that is okay! You can return it! Because we offer free shipping on every order, if your return is due to scent preference, you are responsible for the postage costs on returning any items that aren't up to your liking. Simply pack the products in the same safe fashion you received them in and send them on their way! Once the package is received, you will be issued a shop credit or a refund to the original form of payment, whichever you choose!
Cancellations: There are NO cancellations on orders once they have been processed and packed. There are no exceptions to this rule.
If a customer is not happy with their purchase due to a smell preference, customer can return the item at their own expense as long as it is in UNUSED condition for a full store credit.
******SUMMER SHIPMENTS******
Here at Caramel Sunday's, we like to keep things as natural as possible. We keep ingredients like stabilizers and additives out of our products when and if we can! Because of this, there is a possibility of products getting just a little too hot in the summer time while in transit to their new homes. We typically have very little, if any, melting issues unless it is to states like Arizona, Texas, Nevada or NM. Please keep this in mind if you live in those regions and are placing an order in the summer.
IF a candle is melted beyond repair upon arrival, our customers will receive a credit for the damaged product. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED DUE TO MELTED OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS.
******TURN AROUND TIME******
All of our products are always ready to go when it's restock time! This means they begin shipping immediately! However due to mass amounts of orders on restock days, we ask that you allow us up to 5 business days to ship your order. Although it doesn't usually take that long!
*******DAMAGES******
If your shipment arrives damaged, is lost in transit OR is incorrect from what you ordered, you MUST notify us within 7 days of delivery via email. There are NO exceptions to this rule. If a damage has occurred, you must send photos of the damage to the product as well as ALL packaging so that we can properly handle the situation with the carriers. Damaged candles will be refunded via shop credit. - IF you do not make us aware of damages within a reasonable time frame from delivery date (7 days) - We cannot process a relacement shipment.
*******POSTAGE DUE- IMPORT FEES********
We are not responsible for any customs fees or import fees due on or at the time of delivery
HAWAII, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico and New Mexico orders will have a postage due once their order is placed - We are unable to offer free shipping to these areas at this current time. If the postage due is not paid within 24 hours of being sent, the order will be cancelled and refunded. Postage due varies by weight and order size.
