Refunds and Exchanges
Damages: In the event that your shipment arrives damaged, if your package is lost, marked as delivered or if your order is incorrect- you MUST notify myself (Caramel Sundays) within 2 days of delivery. There are NO exceptions to this rule. If a damage has occurred, you must send photos of the damage product so that I can properly handle the situation. Damaged products upon delivery will be issued in the form of a store credit only. Refunds will not be issued for damages- there are no exceptions to this policy.
Lost packages will result in a shop credit for the entire total of the lost order once all search efforts have been exhausted by the carrier
Returns/Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow returns in exchange for a refund UNLESS the product is deemed defective by the seller (Caramel Sundays).
If a customer is not happy with their purchase due to a smell preference, customer can return the item at their own expense as long as it is in UNUSED condition for a full store credit.
Cancellations: There are NO cancellations on orders once they have been processed and shipped. There are no exceptions to this rule.
