Refunds and damages
In the event that your shipment arrives damaged, if your package is lost or if your order is incorrect- you MUST notify myself (Caramel Sundays) within 2 days of delivery. There are NO exceptions to this rule. If a damage has occurred, you must send photos of the damage product so that I can properly handle the situation. Damaged products will be replaced upon photos being sent. Refunds will not be issued for damages- there are no exceptions to this policy.
There are NO cancellations on orders once they have been processed and shipped. There are no exceptions to this rule.
